For more than four years, I have walked the same stretch of the English countryside, photographing each season as it arrives and departs. The land stretches for approximately one mile, and contains very little signs of human life - just a few single lane roads, a field or two, the odd house, and a farm. It is no different to much of rural Britain. Parts of the land are farmed, but other areas are held by nature, producing a tree line that stretches for miles across the horizon.
The following images are a small selection of those taken. An even smaller selection are available to purchase as limited edition prints.
